Our mussels are sourced directly from local farmers and are cultivated in the pure clear waters off the Irish Atlantic coast. Mussel seed floats with the tide and gathers naturally on the ropes which hang from the surface and remain clear from the bottom ensuring the mussels are free from any grit or sand.
The mussels undergo stringent quality control before being vacuum packed, cooked and pasteurised in their natural juices or in a range of delicately flavoured sauces.
In addition to our standard range of cooked mussels we also produce natural organic cooked mussels under the Kush Seafood Brand.
