Juan tiene mas de 18 anos en la industria exportadora Irlandesa, y se ha especializado en la industria pesquera durante los ultimos 15 anios. Desde que Juan ha llegado a Glenmar, continua desarrollando rapidamente Los mercados Ibericos y Asiaticos incrementando sustancialmente el volumen del negocio asi como la gama de productos. Siendo un Especialista en Artes Culinarios Gate Gourmet, Juan posee conocimientos instensivos de los distintos productos, combinado con un solido background comercial. Juan posee un alto grado en atencion al cliente y habla en cuatro idiomas.
Martina tiene mas de 25 anios trabajando con Glenmar Shellfish. Ella es la responsable del control y la mantencion del sistema administrativo y financiero de la empresa. Martina trabaja en forma cercana con el departamento de compras y de ventas.

As a boy, he would watch the fishermen land their daily catches on the pier in Union Hall.
As a teenager, he worked as a crewman on a shrimp boat hauling shrimp pots every morning with his neighbour.
His job is kind of a labour of love for Stephen because he is in the unique position of being on first-name terms with the skippers and crews and can tell a customer exactly where their fish was caught and by whom.
