He is responsible for the company Marketing and for Sales of Live and Frozen products with a special focus in Spain, France, Portugal, Asia and Emerging Markets

He is a gate Gourmet specialist in Culinary Arts, and fluent in 4 languages, with a strong understanding of both markets and products.
Juan is currently Vice Chairman for the National In Shore Fisheries Forum representing the North East of Ireland
Martina has over 25 years working in Glenmar Shellfish. She is Responsible for control and maintanince of Glenmar Shellfish financial operations ,Accounting / administrative system.

As a boy, he would watch the fishermen land their daily catches on the pier in Union Hall.
As a teenager, he worked as a crewman on a shrimp boat hauling shrimp pots every morning with his neighbour.
His job is kind of a labour of love for Stephen because he is in the unique position of being on first-name terms with the skippers and crews and can tell a customer exactly where their fish was caught and by whom.
